SANA Road Safety Awareness Campaign
SANA's launch campaign: simple, practical reminders that help every road user make safer, more responsible choices on every journey.
Why this campaign
Most of the time, staying safe on the road comes down to small decisions: slowing down a little earlier, leaving the phone alone, buckling up for a short trip, taking a break when you’re tired.
The SANA Road Safety Awareness Campaign is about making those decisions easy to remember and easy to share.
What the campaign covers
The campaign brings together SANA’s eight road-safety topics: speeding, distracted driving, drunk driving, driver fatigue, seat-belt use, motorcycle safety, pedestrian awareness and dangerous weather.
Each topic comes with short, practical tips written for real people: drivers, passengers, riders, cyclists and people on foot.
How you can take part
- Share the message. Send the campaign graphics to your family, friends and groups.
- Practise it. Pick one tip and make it a habit this month.
- Bring it to your workplace, school or community. Download the posters and guides from the resource library.
Who is behind the campaign
SANA is an initiative of Digitalx, developed to promote safer, more responsible behaviour on South African roads.
